ATF Developer Sp. z o.o. is based on ul. Słoneczna in Połczyn-Zdrój and works across Zachodniopomorskie. Our registered activity is PKD 41.10.Z — the development of building projects connected with the erection of buildings. In practice that means we buy or take on land, prepare the design and permits, build, and hand the keys over.
We deliberately run a small number of projects at a time. Every client deals with the person actually managing the site, not a call centre, and every stage is priced and scheduled in writing before work starts.
Our crews are directly supervised, our subcontractors are people we have worked with for years, and the materials we specify are the ones we would use in our own homes. If something on site changes, you hear it from us first.
